Jasmine Howard is an operations professional with over 16 years of corporate experience. Throughout her career, she has worked within various media and technology companies, including The New York Times, Google and currently, The Philadelphia Inquirer, overseeing the daily operations at the front office and executive level. Jasmine has created and led cross-functional strategies to maximize organizational output and success, keeping organizations of various sizes operating at a high efficiency, often working under tight deadlines and time restrictions. Jasmine is a solutions-oriented leader who prioritizes teamwork and collaboration to reach and exceed company goals. 

In addition to providing excellent organizational support in her corporate roles, Jasmine also has extensive experience in television and event production, having managed talent and audience logistics on live network events and music festivals such as MTV VMAs, BET Awards, and REVOLT World. Jasmine is a DE&I leader who seeks to amplify marginalized voices in every aspect of her work.

Jasmine is people-led and is comfortable working with clients and staff across industries and professional levels. Her experience has also taught her that being organized, calm and creative in an ever-changing and unpredictable working environment is essential to success. Jasmine would love to work with organizations to help boost and redefine their team’s productivity in the current remote environment while maintaining and exceeding company standards.

Jasmine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Advertising, Marketing and Business Management from Northwood University. Jasmine is a native of Cleveland, OH, and currently resides in Philadelphia with her family.
